Delivering the good stuff
All our chocolate is handmade by the loving hands of Kath and Ellie, and although we will you to indulge in all the chocolate you can possibly cram in, it may take us a few days to create your goodies. Therefore, please allow 5 days for your order to be dispatched. Upon that wonderful day when you and your chocolate are united, please let us know if something is not right and we will make sure its put right ASAP!!!
Our P&P costs are based on 1st class Royal Mail delivery, and we have worked it out by average weight of the chocolate and packaging.
We do charge a rate of £4.95 for orders up to £30, and £8.00 for orders over. We know it sounds a lot, thats why we will put in a FREE chocolate bar worth 3.95 for orders over £30 to soften the blow. Although (in our opinion) it is well worth it!
Im afraid that we can't offer a delivery service to outside of the UK. If you live in other parts of the UK e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and British Islands please get in touch, and we will try and sort out a quote for you!
All orders can also be collected free of charge (with a few days notice) from our little empire in Bakewell, Derbyshire. Why not make a meal of it, come and indulge in our little cafe whilst you collect......! We have good homely grub, homemade cakes, our renowned chocolate menu, the "bestest" illy coffee, cosy seats, and you can meet the makers themselves!!! Just give us an email or phone call with all the bits and pieces you would like, and give us a few days, and we will have it all ready for you!
